  1. Date entry

    In the old windows client a user could enter any date field and use key controls to move the data. Up and down arrows moved it a day, page up and page down moved it a month or something along those lines. In pick lists it would help to have the current time be a starting point - currently it begins at midnight.

    Furthermore, any reasonable date format would be acceptable. Feb 1 was just as good as 2/1/2020 or 2/1. (This has improved recently but there are still some conditions that are not as flexible as they had been.)

  2. customize the templete to go along with the icon in the appt.

  3. Deleting group appointments warning

    If a user is part of a group appointment, and that user has access to modify all users calendars, the user is able to delete this appointment. The delete covers their own appointment and those of all other attendees. We suggest that a warning be included to let users know that when they delete this appointment from their calendar it will also be removed from the other attendees. HQ-256250

  4. lead activities

    The lead association with tasks and appointments should not be separate from those in the address book. There are two reasons for this:

    1. I will convert leads into the address book and I want to tasks and appointments to remain associated with the new contact.

    2. I may have meetings (appointments) with both leads and address book entries. How do I configure a meeting with a lead who is an employee of an existing customer in the address book?

    Currently when a lead is uploaded we lose the link between contact/lead and activity.

  5. Extend the Address Format options to include UDF's and/or Keyfield layouts to include Basic fields

    An improvement that would make the product more suitable for outbound service/support people involves making appointments & including sufficient detail in the description.
    For any client who isn’t office/desk-bound, the important thing is to be able to quickly & easily see what spare time slots are available, in a particular area ie there’s no point in making an appointment at 2pm in the far North of the city if the ones either side are in the South. Being able to look at the calendar display & see the suburbs in the appointment description is what is needed.

    In the appointment dialog of Maximizer Web Access there is a Response field with values like Accepted, Declined, Tenative or blank. However, it is not possible to set a value for a customer. I think it should be possible to set the response of the contact or contacts. The iCal functionality does not allow the response to feed back into the system so we can't make a note of clients who accept or decline meetings.

  7. Calendar Reporting

    So being able to actual run reports and advanced searches from the calendar!

    So you can actually run a date and time report of meetings and all the fields within a meeting

    we have to create udfs and so many work arounds to make this work when having a calendar advanced search and being to build dashboards from those fields would be amazing!

  8. Alarms

    I would like to see alarms pop up on your screen like they did in the old version with snooze options. I am not always sitting here to hear an alarm and usually have multiple screen open.

  9. Leads appointment

    Provide the ability to include appointment icf attachments with outgoing email appointment requests from the Leads module. The current UI shows there is an attachment but it is not working.

  10. Display Day of the Week Name at Top of Calendar Screen

    The old Windows interface showed the day eg Monday beside the Date in the heading at the top right of the calendar window when in Day view, & it would be nice to have it back please, as if you email someone about an appointment & don't recognise what day of the week it is this would save having to move the email window to uncover the calendar at the right of the window

  12. Ability to filter by resources on all calendar views

    Currently you can only filter by resources in the Agena and Availability views in the Calendar. In the month, week and day views, resources are not a filter but will require you to edit the appointment to see this. Would be great to have the filter available on all calendar views.

  13. Being able to import Attendees from Outlook

    Being able to automatically link the attendee's listed in my outlook calendar to the attendees in maximizer (assuming they are already contacts in the address book) would be an ideal feature as it would add an extra link between modules without having to manually update the maximizer meeting.

  14. Change an appt to recurring after it is booked

    Appts are only allowed to be recurring at the time of booking. If I go in and try to make an appt recurring it is not allowed. The recurring arrow is not available after the appt is created....it should be. Often appts change to needing recurrence after the fact

  17. Include udf in appointment desciption

    We would like to be able to include data from a UDF in an appointment This could be something add by the user within the description or as something that Admin can add to every appointment.

    Add a refresh button to the Calendar, so that if appointments are synchronised you don't need to navigate away and then back to see the appointment.

  19. Appointment Request Email - Language Selection

    If you add an appointment to the Calendar and send an Appointment Request Email the time and date sections are inherited by the Calendar.

    This means that whatever Locale is selected in Preferences controls the language that appears.

    This is fine if you are dealing with users and customers in a single country, but in an International scenario you can end up sending requests with a language to people who don't speak it.

    (Example: User of Maximizer have office in London and Athens. If a Greek request is sent then the English office may not be able to read the…

  20. Select multiple address book entries from calendar

    We print forms for our estimators to hand write quotes while visiting clients. We currently have to go back and forth from calendar to address book until all the appointments are listed. Then we can send them to the printer or export them to excel to import into Google maps.

    I would like an option to select all the appointments and then have an option to "Select all Entries in Address Book"

    This would then find the address book entries and display the selected entries in a new list.
