  1. Outlook Calendar Sync to copy Location to matching field

    When synching appointments to Outlook, include the Location from Maximizer in the Location field in Outlook and vice-versa.

    Ability to write Calendar Notes in HTML so when appointments are synched to Outlook, the Notes appear correctly formatted.

  4. Ability to make an Appointment recurring after you've created it

    You can only make an Appointment recurring when you create it. When you double-click on an existing Appointment, the "Recurring" button is greyed out.

    Ideally, you should be able to make an Appointment recurring after the event - for example, if you schedule a meeting which you then decide to repeat in a weeks' time.

  5. Calendar Appointment in HTML

    Calendar Appointment in HTML - I would like to see the ability to add bullet points into calendar appointments so the agenda of the appointment can be easily read when emailed.

  6. Action Plans to have an option to skip over weekend days

    Give the option to skip non-working days for the assigned user. Either prompt with action toi take (eg: move backwards, move forwards or override) or allow this to be set as a property of the Action Plan.

  7. Change warning message when deleting 1 appointment from a series of recurring appointments

    If you delete 1 appointment in a series of reoccurring appointments, it says "Are you sure you want to delete ALL of the selected Appointments" which suggests you are going to delete ALL of the appointments in that series, which is misleading.

    It then asks whether you want to "Delete All Occurences" or "Delete Only This Occurrence" so there is no need for the first message.

  8. Add ability to Copy Appointment in the Calendar

    A customer of ours has suggested it would be really useful to be able to copy an appointment in the Calendar, and paste this on a different date, so they don't have to re-enter the details again.

  9. Add ability to search in the Calendar

    Currently there are no options for searching in the Calendar window. It would be really useful if you could search on Subject, Priority, Address Book Entry, Assigned User/s, Date Range, etc...
